We do not do refunds, however we do offer exchanges for other products. Shipping and Handling for returns, will also be paid by Incantare Boutique. All items must not be worn or damaged. Clothing tags must be attached to items. Bodysuits and jewelry can not be exchanged due to health issues. Sale items are also non-returnable. Items must be returned within five days of receipt. Our site provides a size chart. You can also refer to our model stats chart as a guide which is provided on each item. 

How do I track my order?

When your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email that includes your tracking number so that you can follow the progress of your shipment. For international orders, Standard Airmail includes a customs form label number that can be used to locate your package.

All items are shipped Priority Mail via USPS. You can track your updates by contacting their site at You will need your tracking number to check all updates.

All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 1-2 business days.Once your order has been shipped, the estimated time of arrival is:


US Orders:
1. USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days)
2. USPS Express mail (Guaranteed in 2 business days, 1 business day in most cases) $25


International Orders:
1. USPS Priority mail (6-14 business days)

How do I exchange an item?
Please email us to recieve a exchange number along with a postage label. All items returned to us, must be exchanged for another item or we can provide store credit.
What is your returns policy?
We do not offer refunds. We do offer exchanges for other products.  Items must not be worn or damaged.
How do I return an item?
  • Pack your merchandise securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please note that all items must be returned in original condition (including all paperwork, parts & accessories) with tags attached. 
  • Be sure to include your original invoice with your return. You may want to keep a copy for your records. If you can't send the invoice, just include your order number, billing name & address, and reason on a piece of paper with your return. 
  • Write “Reason for Return” on the back of your invoice.
  • Keep the return tracking number for your return package to monitor delivery status. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
